The football club with no gender pay gap

Lewes FC in East Sussex have become the first professional (or semi-professional) team to completely eliminate any gender wage gap between their male and female teams, as part of their new scheme Equality FC.

But could this be possible for even bigger clubs? BBC Stories asked England's most capped player, Fara Williams.
