Cancun climate summit agrees deal
A deal has been reached at the UN climate change talks in Mexico, calling on countries to make deep cuts in carbon emissions.
The draft text does not set new targets for individual nations but a green climate fund will be set up to help developing nations.
Bolivia was the only country which tried to block the agreement, saying it did not go far enough.
