Final space shuttle set for launch

Final preparations are being made for the last flight of the space shuttle fleet which is due to launch on Friday.

If conditions allow, Atlantis will blast off at 1126 local Florida time (1526 GMT) with her crew of four astronauts, bringing the 30-year shuttle programme to an end.
