Owen Paterson: Ash dieback will not be eradicated
Environment Secretary Owen Paterson has acknowledged that ash dieback, a disease that threatens the UK's ash trees, will not be eradicated.
Mr Paterson also warned that there was "no immediate cure" to the fungus.
Speaking after a meeting with scientists, he announced a three-point-plan aimed at containing it.
