How do you prepare for driving on Mars?

British astronaut Tim Peake is set to take part in an experiment to control a machine on Earth from his base on the International Space Station.

His challenge is to try to remotely guide a European Space Agency rover, named Bridget - who is in a simulated Martian landscape in a hangar in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

The BBC's Fiona Lamdin has had a sneak preview of the "Mars yard".
