NASA humanoid 'starts work' in UK lab

A team of researchers at the Edinburgh Centre for robotics has started work with NASA's latest and most advanced humanoid robot, Valkyrie.

The robot is designed with the ultimate goal of carrying out space exploration missions that are too dangerous for humans - including exploring the surface of Mars.

BBC science reporter Victoria Gill visited the lab to see the robot in action.
