Carbon dioxide spike expected in 2016
Twenty-sixteen will very likely mark the first time the atmospheric concentration of CO2, as measured atop Hawaii's famous Mauna Loa volcano, stays above 400 parts per million for the entire year, a UK Met Office study finds.
