William Hague outlines the UK's cyberspace vision
London is hosting a major international conference on the threat from cybersecurity attacks.
Representatives from 60 nations have gathered to discuss how the internet should develop, and how to tackle the rising level of cybercrime.
Foreign Secretary William Hague, who convened the conference, said in his opening address that the UK wanted to build a "consensus" on the way the internet evolved globally.
