How will ministers snoop on people's emails?

Ministers have confirmed they want to change the law so that internet firms will have to give intelligence agents access to all communications on demand.

They say it is key to tackling crime and terrorism.

BBC Radio 5 live Breakfast spoke to Trefer Davies, the chief technical officer at Timico, an internet service provider and a board member of the Internet Service Providers' Association.
