Online pornography: Should Google restrict material?

Google has defended its efforts to curb the availability of indecent images of children online after a government adviser called for tougher action.

John Carr was speaking after it emerged that the killer of five-year-old April Jones had viewed images of child abuse on his computer.

Google has insisted it has a zero-tolerance policy on such illegal content.
