BBC World's Outside Source programme looks at some of the technology stories making the news, including the arrest of Pirate Bay co-founder Hans Fredrik Lennart Neij and Taylor Swift's decision to remove her music from Spotify.

In addition, Ros Atkins is joined by BBC technology reporter Jane Wakefield to discuss claims from the new GCHQ chief that web giants such as Twitter, Facebook and WhatsApp have become "command-and-control networks... for terrorists and criminals".
