Kaspersky cyber-security chief urges customers to stay

The chief executive of Kaspersky is adamant that its customers have no reason to distrust his firm, despite the US government banning federal agencies from using its software.

Eugene Kaspersky told the BBC's Rory Cellan-Jones that claims the company had strong ties to the Kremlin were not true.
