'Some people enjoy taking drugs'
The government's chief drugs advisor has said Britain is "floundering" in its attempts to control the online mephedrone market.
Professor Les Iversen also said it was incredibly difficult to control a second generation of legal highs that have flooded the market since mephedrone was banned earlier this year.
Dr Fiona Measham is a senior lecturer in Criminology at Lancaster University.
She goes to nightclubs to find out what clubbers think about legal highs.
