Cooks stick to recipes that they know
A recent survey has found that, despite owning more and more recipe books, the average household rotates just a handful of meals.
The typical household owns 15 cookbooks according to a survey by Quorn. Chef Aldo Zilli says "there is a great lack of confidence when it comes to cookery books".
