7 July bombings inquests hears of 'chaos and confusion'

The inquests into the 7 July suicide bombings in London have been hearing how emergency services faced communication difficulties.

Counsel to the inquests Hugo Keith QC detailed a string of delays getting emergency services to the scene of each underground bomb attack.
