Spending Review: Charities chief warns over cuts

Voluntary organisations in England and Wales could lose billions of pounds as a result of the government's spending cuts, the Charities Regulator has said.

Charity Commission chair Dame Suzi Leather told the BBC's Politics Show that cutting funding to charities providing key public services was short sighted.
