Tory chairman condemns protest

The Chairman of the Conservative Party, Baroness Warsi, has condemned the violence at yesterday's student demonstration in London.

Hundreds of students besieged the party's headquarters at Millbank breaking windows and climbing on to the roof. Baroness Warsi and her staff were in the building at the time.

She says the police responded in the best way they could and condemned the "few" who spoilt the protest.
