Protesters vandalise Treasury building

Protesters have begun to vandalise government buildings in London after hearing the news that the rise in tuition fees was passed.

Riot police charged at a group smashing a window of the Treasury building. The group also tried to smash down the door to the building.

The BBC's Ben Brown was at the scene.
