Paul Burstow expects NHS to cope under spending plans
MPs are warning that the NHS and social services across England will be tested "to the limit" by government spending plans.
Members of the all-party Health Select Committee say the NHS is being asked to make savings which are unprecendented in any health service in the world.
The Liberal Democrat Care Services Minister, Paul Burstow, told the BBC that work is well under way to ensure that the NHS implements the savings without too much pain.
