Met accused of 'campaign' against shaken baby witnesses
Three senior pathologists, who have called into question the science behind Shaken Baby Syndrome, are claiming they have been the victims of a sustained smear campaign.
The scientists have all been expert witnesses for the defence, when parents and carers have been accused of causing a baby's death, through non-accidental injuries.
The pathologists are accusing the Metropolitan Police and others of trying to undermine their professional credibility.
The BBC's Andrew Hosken reports.
