Police Federation on job cuts

The Vice Chair of the Police Federation, Simon Reed, has warned that police job cuts will be harder felt because officers will have to backfill support roles.

It comes as the Association of Chief Police Officers says 28,000 police jobs will be lost as a result of government spending cuts.
