Ex-Metropolitan Police chief Ali Dizaei wins retrial‎

Former Metropolitan Police commander Ali Dizaei has won an appeal against charges of misconduct and corruption.

Mr Dizaei, who has served 15 months of a four year sentence for misconduct in public office and perverting the course of justice, now faces a retrial.
