William Hague: Irish welcome 'delighted' Queen

William Hague has said that the Queen was delighted by the warm welcome she received as she began her first visit to the Republic of Ireland.

Speaking in Dublin, the foreign secretary said that the trip marked an important moment in British and Irish history.
