Police Federation accuses government of seeking revenge

The Chairman of the Police Federation in England and Wales says budget cuts are are "revenge" for officers opposing similar savings in the 1990s.

Paul McKeever will use his speech at the federation's annual conference to attack the government's treatment of officers.
