South Uist whale rescue teams watch and wait

Divers and conservation experts have gathered in the Western Isles where more than 60 pilot whales are in danger of being stranded.

They are poised to try to rescue healthy animals if they come ashore, but about 20 are said to have head injuries and may have to be left to die.

James Shaw reports.
