Tricky track: Mountain biking like a pro

Dalby Forest in North Yorkshire is home to one of the world's toughest mountain biking courses and the venue for a key race race ahead of next year's Olympics.

The course is open to the public before the professionals take their turn, so BBC Sport sent Tom Fordyce to test his nerve.

He also got some tips on how to take on the track from GB team coach Phil Dixon and riders David Fletcher and Annie Last.
