Paper claims to name footballer at centre of injunction row
A Scottish newspaper has published a photograph of the footballer it claims has taken out an injunction to stop the publication of stories about his private life.
The Sunday Herald is the first UK publication to allegedly identify the footballer.
The paper says it has done so because it is unsustainable for newspapers not to be able to publish information that is readily available on Twitter and other internet sites.
The editor of The Sunday Herald, Richard Walker, spoke to the BBC about his decision to name the footballer.
