Exclusive footage of Watford bank siege arrest

Exclusive footage by the BBC shows the moment a man was arrested after a three-hour siege at a Co-operative bank in Watford.

He was carrying an explosive device, police have said.

Officers were called to the bank in Market Street at about 1020 BST.

The man was arrested by armed police after a stand-off which saw a large area of the town centre sealed off and traffic redirected, as Ben Ando reports.
