Court rules Fallon out of Epsom Derby

The Court of Appeal has ruled that the jockey, Kieren Fallon, cannot take part in the Epsom Derby.

It has granted an injunction to the owners of a horse who say he agreed to ride for them but changed his mind.

The jockey denied breach of contract, saying there had been a misunderstanding.

Ben Ando reports.
