Gove calls to keep schools open during strikes

Ministers and union leaders are meeting for fresh talks later ahead of a planned strike by civil servants and teachers on 30 June.

Education Secretary Michael Gove has warned teachers against taking part in the strikes.

He told the BBC he backed the idea of "parents going in to help" keep schools open in England and Wales.

Andy Moore reports.
