'Change needed' to help murder victims' families

The law should guarantee that families can bury murder victims within a month, a government commissioner has said.

Louise Casey said swift release of a body should be part of new rights for people bereaved by homicide.

She told the BBC "fundamental changes" were needed to the system, as "no one has given much thought before to victims".
