Godwin: Corruption 'not endemic' in Metropolitan Police

The acting commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, Tim Godwin, has rejected claims that corruption is endemic in his force.

Appearing before members of the Metropolitan Police Authority at City Hall, Mr Godwin said that the vast majority of officers in the Met are "honest, hardworking people".
