Travel insurance rules to be made clearer

Travel insurance should become less fraught with the introduction of rules aimed at clearing up what consumers are covered for when they go away.

Many people do not volunteer information about pre-existing health conditions, but insurers may refuse to pay out if a customer is then affected by something which could be related.
