Libya: Hague says Gaddafi should stop 'delusional statements'

Foreign Secretary William Hague has said it is time for Col Muammar Gaddafi "to stop issuing delusional statements".

Col Gaddafi's whereabouts are unknown but he issued a message of defiance overnight.

Speaking after a National Security Council meeting in London, Mr Hague called on remaining Gaddafi forces to stand down.
