Net migration: 239,000 more people came to UK than left last year

More Eastern Europeans are coming to live permanently here in the UK and fewer Britons are opting to move abroad - as a result net migration is up.

The government has promised to reduce net migration numbers to under 100,000 by 2015.

Tom Symonds reports now on whether the target is achievable.
