PM recommends National Citizen Service to prevent more rioting

David Cameron has said part of the solution to problems that caused rioting across England earlier this summer could be the National Citizen Service.

The Prime Minister believes that the values learned through the scheme will stop young people feeling "alienated and angry".

Thousands of 16 year olds took part this summer learning life skills and volunteering, but there's some controversy over the cost of the scheme.
