Yorkshire stables fire: Father tried to save daughter

A two-year-old child who died in a fire at a West Yorkshire riding stables on Friday night has been named as Isobel June Dobson.

Firefighters have confirmed a one-year-old girl rescued from a burning van next to the stables was saved by her father, but he could not rescue the older child.

Assistant Chief Fire Officer Martyn Redfearn, of West Yorkshire Fire Service, told the BBC's Ed Thomas the fire was still burning, 16 hours after it began.
