Inquest into fatal Cumbria train crash opens

An inquest has opened into the death of a woman killed in the Grayrigg rail crash in Cumbria.

The train was on its way to Glasgow from London when it derailed in remote countryside.

It has taken almost five years to hold the public hearing, which is taking place in Kendal.
