Diesel spill causes 19-mile queue on M25

A diesel spill from a lorry on the M25 is causing travel delays of up to three hours for motorists in Surrey and Kent.

The road is being re-surfaced before it reopens and is expected to stay shut until around 1500BST.

Traffic has been queuing back into Kent for 19 miles (30km).
