Phone hacking: Victims' lawyer to sue News International
A lawyer who represents victims of the News of The World phone-hacking scandal has told Radio 5 live that he will claim damages against News International after it was revealed that he was secretly spied on.
The News of the World, which was owned by News International, hired private detectives to film and follow Mark Lewis and members of his family last year.
News International has said the action was "deeply inappropriate" and was "not condoned by any current executives".
Speaking on Radio 5 live's Victoria Derbyshire, Mark Lewis said it was "tabloid journalism at its worst".
