Energy firms 'charge too much' for non direct debit

Energy companies are charging customers too much if they choose not to pay by direct debit, the consumer organisation Which? has said.

It claims that research shows customers pay up to £185 more each year if they pay their bills by cheque or cash.

The BBC's Simon Gompertz reports.
