Rosenior calls for more opportunities for black managers

Top clubs in English football have been criticised by Nick Clegg for their failure to take on black managers and senior executives.

In a speech in London, the Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg said that a black player's chance of moving into management is just one in 500.

Former Torquay manager Leroy Rosenior told Radio 5 live Breakfast that he knows of many black people trying to move into football management.
