Leveson Inquiry: Tabloid press questioned

A former Daily Star reporter has told the Leveson Inquiry that the tabloid was "not a truth-seeking enterprise".

Richard Peppiatt told the inquiry that reporters tried to find facts to fit articles. "Your job is simply to write the story how they want it written."

Guardian journalist Nick Davies, who broke the News of the World phone-hacking story, is now giving evidence.

He has described "a culture of bullying" on Fleet Street that meant he needed to keep his sources anonymous.

Nicholas Witchell reports.
