Morning-after pill free over festive season by post
The charity British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) is inviting women to stock up on emergency contraception over the festive season.
Women can obtain the so-called morning after pill for free by post after filling in an online form and talking to a nurse over the phone.
The Christmas and New Year period is seen by sexual health charities as a high-risk period for unwanted pregnancy and sexual infections.
Anne Furedi Chief Executive of the charity BPAS says it makes sense to have the pill available at home.
