'Major problem' for commuters in Scottish storm

Severe storms are affecting thousands in Scotland with more than 30,000 people left without power.

The Met Office has issued its highest warning, a red alert, hundreds of schools have shut as well as bridges and roads.

England, Wales and Northern Ireland are also being hit by wind and rain.

The BBC's Andrew Anderson reports.
