Cameron: 'Troubled families should not be written off'
David Cameron has been giving details of the government's strategy for helping England's most troubled families, which he believes are responsible for a large proportion of social disorder.
Councils will be able to hire someone from a new network of "troubleshooters" and then report back on their progress.
Mr Cameron said troubled families should not be written off.
