Calls for Conservatives to investigate MP's Nazi stag

French prosecutors are investigating a Nazi-themed stag party attended by Conservative MP for Cannock Aidan Burley.

The former parliamentary private secretary lost his post after he was photographed at a stag party in the Alps with a man in Nazi costume, but officials at Downing Street have declined to comment on the situation.

Ian Austin, shadow work and pensions minister and Labour MP for Dudley North, said: "What happened in France was an absolute and utter disgrace... The Conservative party have got to investigate it properly."
