Radio 5 live's Victoria Derbyshire spoke to a single mother who lives in Middlesbrough. Annalise Higgins has two children, 5 and 7, and claims income support.
Victoria Derbyshire broadcasts weekdays 1000 to 1200 on Radio 5 live.
