London 2012: Demand for Olympic tickets 'extraordinary'

People have the chance to try to resell their unwanted London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic tickets from Friday.

Those who bought tickets directly from Games organiser Locog will be able to submit their tickets on the 2012 ticketing website until 3 February.

They will be made available online for other customers to purchase during the resale window.

The chief executive of the British Olympic Association, Andy Hunt, said that demand for 2012 tickets had been "extraordinary"

Speaking to BBC Breakfast, he also discussed the issue of drugs in sport and reflected on Team GB's preparations ahead of the games.
