Cold weather raises concerns for homeless

The bitterly cold weather is causing major concern for the welfare of those sleeping on the streets.

Temperatures in some areas dropped to -16 degrees celsius during the latest cold spell.

Charities including St Mungo's have been on the streets to make sure those that need temporary accommodation can find it.
